Come join our family-owned company!--Johnsonville, LLC--Yard Support (Shipping Department)First Shift Watertown, WI----Responsibilities:Movement of all semi-trailers within Watertown operations grounds (to and from the yard and plant docks for receiving, shipping and trucking)Responsible for completion of daily washing of tractors and trailers as neededResponsible for general trailer operations (fueling, unloading, temperature checks, etc.)Other responsibilities including (e.g. yard security checks, assist in shipping, receiving, trucking functions, assist in shipping to help with day to day tasks when not being utilized in the yard etc.)Accurately maintain all paperwork associated with this positionGeneral trailer upkeep--Education:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred--Experience:Experience working in a shipping/warehouse environment utilizing PIVsAbility to obtain forklift certification and maintain a good safety recordSAP experience preferred but not requiredBe able to use the following computer systems: MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, SAP) and Lotus Notes CDL Driver License preferred--Skills and Competencies:Self-motivated Ability to succeed in a team-oriented environmentDesire to satisfy customers by providing Exceptional Customer ServiceCommunication skills / radio communication very important --Physical Demands:Must be willing to work in very cold working conditions inside pulling product (our freezer gets as cold as -20F) and outside in varying temperaturesMust be able to lift and hand grip up to 40 lbs, carry 10 lbs, and pull 20 lbsWalking and/or Standing throughout the shiftBending and/or Reaching throughout the shift--Other Requirements:Must have an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years of age or olderExternal Candidates Only: Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check--Date: May 7th, 2024--Location: Watertown, WI --Coach: Destiny McGowan, Shipping Team Lead --Member Status: Full Time, Hourly--Reason for Posting: Member left the organization--Starting Hourly Rate: $24.79+--Hours: 1st shift 7:00am 3:30pm (end time will vary depending on production needs)----Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
