Are you looking for a role that combines the strategic oversight of a Controller with the hands-on satisfaction of core accounting tasks? If so, we encourage you to apply for our exciting Controller position! We are seeking a talented and experienced Controller to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic financial oversight with hands-on involvement in core accounting tasks. You'll be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our company, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting. Your Role Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly closing procedures and annual reports. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Manage all aspects of corporate borrowing, from analyzing options and negotiating terms to overseeing debt and advising on financial implications. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting cash flow and identifying potential financial risks. Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries. Assist with administration and analysis of company benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Controller role. Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
