Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing collections team Manage complex collections across property, vehicle, and late-stage accounts Monitor and mitigate high-risk account exposure Analyze and report on delinquency trends and collection performance Oversee relationships with third-party collection agencies and vendors What We're Looking For: 4 years of experience in collection management 6 years working with late-stage collections Proven leadership and vendor management experience Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 INJUN2025 INJUL2025 LI-AE1 LI-Hybrid
