(Hybrid) The Senior Financial Analyst will drive financial accountability across the organization. This highly visible role will collaborate closely with P&L Leaders and senior leadership to ensure financial discipline and transparency and to drive targeted actions to improve financial performance. Specific Job Duties Include Partner with cross functional leaders to develop, monitor, and evaluate business performance against financial plans and operational KPIs - Drive accountability by challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and ensuring ownership of financial outcomes across departments - Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to P&L leaders and senior leadership - Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts - Monitor KPIs and proactively highlight variances with clear recommendations for corrective action - Collaborate with Operations to improve efficiency, cost management, and margin performance - Prepare and present monthly business reviews, including variance analysis and executive level reporting Key Competencies - Cross-functional leadership: Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across diverse teams - Accountability driver: Confident in holding business partners responsible for financial commitments and outcomes - Business acumen: Strong understanding of operational drivers and how they impact financial performance - Analytical rigor: Advanced problem solving skills with strong attention to detail - Communication skills: Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling insights for non-finance stakeholders - Proactive mindset: Identifies issues early and drives solutions with a sense of ownership - Resilience & confidence: Comfortable challenging assumptions and engaging in constructive debate Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred) - 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A roles - Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling - Experience with Power BI a plus - Experience with Python a plus Additional Information ZR Disclaimer All team members agree to consistently support compliance and TVG-Medulla, LLC policies and Standards of Excellence with regard to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Medulla procedures and protocols.
