Job Description:
Customer Service Representative We are seeking a Customer
Service Representative to join a growing team in Sheboygan, WI. As
a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer
Support Department supporting internal and external customers. The
ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a
proactive attitude, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional
service, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Sheboygan, WI Pay
Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Shift: 1st Shift What's the Job? Handle
customer requests promptly and professionally via phone, email,
fax, or walk-in interactions. Enter new customer orders into SAP
system, verify stock availability, and coordinate sourcing if
necessary. Communicate with customers regarding order status,
shipping details, and potential delays. Support outside sales
representatives by processing orders and providing product
information. Assist with warehouse functions such as pulling,
packing, receiving, and stock management. What's Needed? Minimum of
6 months customer service experience or 1 year in a stockroom or
industrial distribution role. High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and SAP experience
preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively in a team
