Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and
supply chain industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative
2 to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative 2, you
will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting order
management and customer relations. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving
abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully
within the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Representative
2 Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Pay Range: 20.58 Shift: Days Monday
- Friday What's the Job? Accurately enter customer orders into the
system and validate all order details to ensure completeness and
accuracy. Perform order validation and resolve exceptions such as
pricing issues promptly. Handle inbound customer calls and emails
related to orders, products, and services with professionalism and
courtesy. Manage customer service issues related to returns,
exchanges, and order modifications efficiently. Collaborate with
sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order
processing and customer satisfaction. What's Needed? High school
diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in order
management, customer service, or a related field. Familiarity with
order processing systems and software such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to
detail, patience, empathy, and professionalism. What's in it for
