Description:We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to enhance industrial processes by controlling, monitoring, and measuring casting operations. • Modify and enhance equipment and tooling for new products and processes.
• Implement changes to cut costs, improve reliability, and boost quality and safety.
• Oversee die cast parameters and automation improvements.Documentation & Quality:
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure ISO certification.
  • Create and review 3D design drawings to meet standards.Engineering & Training:
    • Use advanced tools to evaluate and refine designs.
    • Support tooling fabrication, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Train staff on new processes and contribute to project planning.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
      • Define tooling standards, analyze failures, and drive continuous improvements.
      • Follow EHS procedures and handle other assigned duties.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Education:
        • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum Skills and Experience:
          • 1-2 years' experience in metalworking or manufacturing automation.
          • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to visualize tooling and equipment configurations.
          • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
          • Proficient in math, problem-solving, and detailed work with high accuracy.
          • Ability to establish effective relationships with vendors, customers, and team members.
          • Skilled in influencing change, making quick decisions, and working in a fast-paced environment.
