Job Description Job Description PCB Analyzer Technician We are
currently seeking a PCB Analyzer Technician who will be responsible
for all aspects of circuit board inspection, testing, analyze, and
repair, to stated requirements, and to maintain integrity of
circuit board functionality. Responsibilities and Duties: Perform
incoming inspection and testing, analyze and repair of circuit
boards using approved testing procedures and schematics Repairs
populated circuit boards that fail inspection and testing as needed
Records type and quantity of defective circuit boards and notifies
supervisor via Aimnet of reject root cause Support Production,
Repair and Engineering Other duties may be assigned Qualifications
and Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The

essential functions. The ability/skill to troubleshoot PCBs to the
component level using various test equipment and methods Use of
power supplies, O-scopes, signal generators, DMM’s and frequency
counters etc. Soldering skills equivalent to IPC- A610 and IPC-
JSTD The ability to read electronic schematics The ability to work
independently with minimum supervision Computer Skills: Experience
and/or ability to use complex proprietary software and
communications. Software used to communicate with various PCB
boards via RS232, RS485, USB and Bluetooth®, as well as more common
programs such as Microsoft® Word™ and Excel® Extreme attention to
detail Ability to set up, understand and troubleshoot connections
and other basic electronic issues as needed ESD: Knowledge of
proper PCB board /component handling and ESD prevention practices.
Basic ESD theory Analyze and interpret test data Calibration:
Ability to calibrate and maintain precision instrumentation
Firmware: Basic understanding of programmers and ability to use
several programming devices Ability to work in a fast-paced
production environment Ability to sustain high board throughput, as
needed, with accuracy, to satisfy production needs Ability to
multitask, adapt on the fly, prioritize, and change focus rapidly
Experience setting up and conducting various intricate PCB tests,
configurations, and other customer specifications using test leads
and fixtures. Education and/or Experience: Associate degree (A.A.)
in electronics from a two year college or technical school,
equivalent, military electronics school(s) and two years related
electronic troubleshooting experience and/or training Language
Skills: The ability to read and write, using the English Language
The ability to write reports and business correspondence
Mathematical Skills: The ability to calculate figures and amounts
such as proportions and percentages to apply concepts of basic
algebra, and the application of electronic formulas To apply
concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to
practical situations Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems,
collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions Ability to
interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in
mathematical diagram form and deal with several variables Physical
Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job While performing the duties of this
job, the employee is regularly required to sit for a long period of
time. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb,
and stoop, kneel or crouch The employee is frequently required to
