Business Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager
This position works & manages cross functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain departments regarding revenue operations (pricing management, system execution, support customer contractual obligations, any & all other financial implications to Net Sales).
This is a hybrid role that would require commuting to our Hartford, WI headquarters multiple times a week.
Job Responsibilities:
The initial focus of this role will be on:


  • Driving pricing: implementing, upgrading, and streamlining pricing processes. Ensuring they are efficiently executed with excellence by the organization to deliver results.
  • Building out system setup knowledge & capabilities: understanding the current state in the organization, developing a roadmap to upgrade if necessary, and prioritizing the areas of biggest impact for value creation while leading all execution.
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue generation and streamline execution processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue operations function.

    Job Requirements:

    • Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economic, or similar. Advanced degree preferred.
    • 5 years of experience in revenue operations, pricing management, or similar department.
    • Requires strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge within Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience using ERP systems (ASI, MacPac, SAP, Oracle) and integrated tools (PowerBI, Profit Isle) is a plus.
    • Possess strong process-orientation and a record of driving price (revenue management experience), driving efficiencies in all aspects of the business, and streamlining processes.
    • Analytical thinking with the ability not only to develop insights but translate them into actions that generate quantifiable benefits. Results-oriented with a bias for action.
    • Ability to set strategy and translate it into exceptional execution and results. Ability to motivate and catalyze action through influencing others across various departments.
    • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving revenue growth.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to travel up to 10%.
