Please note:
We have two Senior Manager, Functional Learning positions; one reporting to our Lead, Functional Learning for People, Legal, Finance, Tech, and Ethics & Compliance, and another reporting to our Lead, Functional Learning for Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
Location & Hybrid Work
These roles are hybrid in one of our following offices: Chicago, Pittsburgh, Toronto, or Amsterdam.
Role Overview
You will design and deliver training, workshops, and resources to enhance skills and knowledge of our finance, tech, or commercial teams, driving business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver a global learning portfolio, managing projects, budgets, and vendors in collaboration with functional leads and HRBPs.
  
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging feedback.
  
• Evaluate program effectiveness, identify improvements, and implement changes.
  
• Manage budgets and resources for effective program delivery.
  
  Qualifications & Skills

• Proven success in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior leaders.
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in measuring program success.
  
  Compensation & Benefits
  Base Salary Range: $118,400 - $148,000Bonus: Performance-based, as per plan termsBenefits include healthcare, wellness programs, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and more.
