- Location: Milwaukee, WIWhat You Will DoManage consumer
experience and is accountable for service commitment. Serve as the
point ofcontact in resolving and responding to consumer/patient
experience and regulatory concerns.
- Responsible for the market launch of Service Commitments and is
a champion for consumer experience excellence.
- Provide market-wide leadership for service recovery systems,
processes, and behaviors, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and
conflict resolution skills in addressing dissatisfied consumers and
patients.
- Serve as subject matter expert on the actions and behaviors
needed to build trust and resolve service gaps with consumers and
patients. Provide in-depth knowledge of the systems and processes
for documenting, tracking and trending concerns and complaints for
systematic improvement.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary reviews and responses when needed
for more complex complaints and serve as a market service recovery
point person for any external and/or regulatory needs.What You Will
NeedEducation:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required.
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.Why
