With our partnership with North Shore, there is also an opportunity to become a part-time or full-time permanent employee at one of our facilities.::Essential Job Duties Responsibilities* Evaluate patient and perform assessments; clinical documentation; care plan development; communication with the physician, care team members, patient, and family.* Wound care, Infusion therapy, and Disease Management.* Provide direct supervision of nursing clinical care team.* Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physician.* Participate in regular case conferences and in-services.The duties and responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive.
