Job Description:
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 1 year
of SNF experience for a travel assignment starting 4/18/2025.
Active CA license required and must have recent references within
the past year. No new grads; experience with Rehab Optima and
travel preferred. Shift: 8D, with a pay rate between $1783-$2055
per week. Requires credentialing within 3 business days before
start. Assignment duration is typically 13 weeks, offering
competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, CE,
housing, and referral incentives. Pre-screening with Jessika
Mitchell and Natalia Gonzalez, with two recent references needed.
Ideal candidates are experienced in skilled care, rehabilitation,
and allied health settings.
