Job Description:
6/9 STARTS ONLY - TRUNCATED COMPLIANCE Bed Side Shift Reporting
(BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for
this unit and all RN units. Clinicians will be requested to sign an
attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement during
compliance. Will take Med Surg, ICU, and PCU patients. RN will be
required to care for all acuity types. Solid PCU foundation needed
for success in role in blended unit. Vents - occasionally. Barcode
scanning must be 95% to be eligible for an extension. Less than 95%
could result in a cancel. 13 weeks 36 HPW, 3x12hr Nights 1830-0700
