for up to a $1000.00 sign-on bonus. You will work at University
Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational

Technologist (CVT) / Electrophysiology Tech to work PRN in both and
CVT and EP roles: /n Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) / Cath Lab
Tech to: /n /n - Perform adult diagnostic and interventional
electrophysiology procedures. /n - Practice in a growing
technologically advanced and dynamic interventional procedural
area. /n - Be an integral member of our highly collaborative
multidisciplinary team. /n - Assist with scrubbing, circulating,
and monitoring invasive cardiovascular procedures. /n - Receive
opportunities to cross-train to our growing Pediatric and Adult
Congenital Invasive Cardiology Program. /n /n Electrophysiology
(EP) Tech to: /n /n - Function independently as an expert
technologist in EP who is a highly competent and clinically skilled
member of the Hear t and Vascular Care Procedure Center patient
care team. In addition to assisting the EP physicians with the most
complex procedures, you'll oversee the technical operations
required for the performance of routine diagnostic through the
advanced interventional electrophysiology procedures. /n - Be an
expert in EP based on their knowledge, clinical and technical skill
level and ability to educate and train staff within the department.

/n/n Qualifications/n/n/n /n /n - Graduate of a Cardiovascular
Invasive Specialist Technologist (CVIS) training program Required
/n - One year of Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab),
Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology experience or
participation in the CVT apprenticeship program may b e considered
in lieu of education requirement /n - Graduate of a Cardiovascular
Invasive Specialist (CVIS) Technologist training program Preferred
/n /n /n /n Work Experience/n /n /n /n - 2 years of Cardiovascular
Technologist work experience in a Cardiac Catheterization or
Electrophysiology Laboratory Preferred /n /n /n /n Licenses &
Certifications/n /n /n /n /n - Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR
Certification Upon Hire Required /n - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification within 6 months Required /n - RCIS
certification. If a graduate meeting minimum education requirement,
then licensed, certified, or registered by appropriate
