TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, 53916! Pay Information $2,440 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long Term Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day and Mid Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in long term care required. License: Valid state nursing license required at time of submission. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR) is required. Utilization of AIDET is required. Hourly rounding is required. Every other weekend is required. Night shift RNs may assume charge duties and could be the only RN in the facility. No at-fault cancellations in work history. First-time travelers are accepted but must have solid experience. Description: Utilization of Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), AIDET, and hourly rounding are required on this unit. Clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement during compliance. Five 8-hour variable shifts are available with day shifts from 06:30 to 15:00 and mid shifts from 14:30 to 23:00. Nursing home experience is required. Experience in rehab, use of IVs, picc lines, and wound care is preferred. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:20 with a staff configuration of 1 RN per hall and 1 medication tech per hall.
