JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing. - Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code). - Level III Trauma experience, TNCC, and NIH required. ACLS and/or PALS certifications may be required prior to first shift. - Minimum of 1-year recent experience as an ED RN required. - Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery. - Competency in current emergency room evidence-based practices such as trauma, sepsis & stroke care protocols as well as familiarity with conditions such as severe lacerations or burns, sports injuries, allergic reactions, and work-related injuries.? - This shift is open to local Wisconsin residents only.?
