Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for an Occupational Therapist to provide services within
a K-12 school setting in Aurora, IL. This contract position spans
the current school year and focuses on delivering therapeutic
support to students to enhance their functional skills and
educational participation. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and
treat students requiring occupational therapy services. - Develop
and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with
educational teams. - Monitor student progress and adjust
interventions as needed. - Provide consultation and training to
teachers, staff, and families to support student needs. - Maintain
accurate records and comply with relevant school policies and
regulations. Qualifications: - Valid state licensure as an
Occupational Therapist. - Experience working in school-based
settings preferred. - Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy
techniques and educational standards. - Ability to work effectively
as part of an interdisciplinary team. - Excellent communication and
documentation skills. Location: Aurora, Illinois Job Type: Contract
