Job Description:
Job Description ThedaCare is seeking a Physiatry physician to
join our expanding team at ThedaCare Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in
Appleton, WI. - Highly collaborative Multispecialty group all in
one location. Integrated collegial culture. Practice conducive to
high producing volumes due to growth strategy. - 100% in clinic:
Clinic case mix includes typical physiatry DX including but not
limited to all spine and neurological outpatient. EMG competent,
proficient in modalities such and clinic-based US guided injections
etc. - INPT call rotation Nights and weekends (for IPR and inpt
consults) - Dedicated CMA; shared Triage nurses dedicated to Pain
and PM and R - Outreach to Oshkosh (1 day/week) - 18- 27 in a 9 hr
day - Team consists of: - APC: PM and R 1: Pain 4.5 FTE -
Orthopedic Service Line at Legacy ThedaCare is 57 (Pain, Physiatry,
PC SM, Ortho Surg, and Walk IN)
