Job Description:

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our medical team at Waushara County Jail, WI. The RN Medical Team Administrator will oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with healthcare standards within the correctional facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing compassionate health services under ethical guidelines. Manage and supervise the healthcare team to provide compassionate and effective medical services. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of nursing practices. Collaborate with correctional facility administration to integrate healthcare services. Implement clinical protocols and policies that promote patient well-being and safety. Assess, develop and coordinate training programs for the medical staff. Monitor and evaluate healthcare outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve patient care. Facilitate communication among healthcare staff, correctional officers, and external healthcare providers. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical compliance and healthcare regulations Ability to manage and mitigate crisis situations effectively Comprehensive knowledge in clinical nursing practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
