Job Description Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3240.00 /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - CVOR /n/n Job Details: /n • Work Monday through Friday various day shifts with 40 hours guaranteed per week /n• 13-week contract assignment /n• On-call requirements: 1 night of call per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 backup per week with potential for additional call /n• 30-minute response time required for call-back (vehicle required) /n• Work every 3rd-4th weekend and holiday rotation /n• Minimum 3 years OR experience with anesthesia experience required /n• Prior travel experience required /n• Must be outside 50-mile radius from facility /n• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License or compact RN /n• Epic charting system experience required /n• Must have experience with Cell Saver and Belmont equipment /n• Strong OR/CVOR circulating experience required /n• Assist with intubations, fiber optic scopes during intubation, sterile techniques with central lines /n• Assist anesthesiologist with placement of arterial lines, central lines, lumbar drains, Swan Ganz catheters /n• Start IVs, draw labs, set up medication pumps, run Belmont, Cell Saver, and Level I /n• Assist anesthesia with heart surgeries, traumas, elective surgeries, and general surgeries /n• Work in 21 ORs including all specialties with 4-5 rooms assigned per day /n• Prior experience with conscious sedation preferred /n• 2-week orientation process with training for additional anesthesia skills as needed /n• Scrub colors provided /n• Mask required at all times during flu season if flu and COVID vaccination declined /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical program featuring 21 operating rooms covering all medical specialties with a strong focus on their cardiothoracic program.
