nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Psychiatric -
Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift: 12 hour shifts, 36
hours/week Shift Information: mostly day shift (830am – 830pm,
600am – 600pm); may occasionally be required to work one night
shift (6pm – 6am) some weeks Patient Ratio: The Youth hospital's
average ratio is 1: 4 (day shift); 1: 3 (night shift). Adult
Hospital ratio is 1:6 (day shift); 1:8(night shift).
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: as required by the facility (possibly
every other weekend) Charting: Cerner Required
Skills/Certifications: - 2 years of recent behavioral health
experience required! - CPI certification required (or willing to
get within 45 days of start) - Cerner experience preferred - RN
will be expected to float between Youth and Adult hospitals MUST
