Job Description Family Medicine Physician opening in WI Located in Sheboygan, WI Full Time and Permanent Position Accepts H-1B Visa Job Description:Our Medical Group, a highly successful non-profit health system, is seeking a Full-time BE/BC Family Medicine physician to work at their clinic located in Sheboygan, WI.1.0 FTE = 35 patient contact hours2 MDs, 2 APPs (1 NP and 1 PA)Hours 7a-5p Mon-FriCan accommodate 4 day work weekOn-call expectations is a full week of call that begins Monday at 7 am & goes through the next Friday at 7am. Call does not occur during normal business hours M-F. 1 week every 10 weeks call rotation (and growing). Call is just phone call. Nurse Triage takes first call.The team structure involves working closely with 1-2 MA/LPNs for day-to-day workflow. There is support from an RN that provides triage support.There is a focus on collaboration between the physicians & APPs to ensure that there is continuity of care for our patients.Patient volume 15/30 and 20/40 or straight 40sCan do virtual visit blocks (4 hour blocks) either at home or in the officePrimary Care strives for quality of care, prevention, & wellness for our patient population.Community OverviewIf you are looking for outdoor recreation, Sheboygan is your spot!
