seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our
excellent team of collaborating providers in Southern Wisconsin.
Opportunity: - Salary Range: $258,000-$315,000 - Build your
individual practice as an employed physician with the support of
operational leaders and experienced clinical staff - Join an
established Pediatric team including 7 Pediatricians, Advanced
Practice Providers, Nursing, and Support Staff - Outstanding
referral base from primary care providers - Excellent payer mix -
Multispecialty collaborative clinic environment - EPIC EMR -
Dedicated Physician Liaison outreach support - Call
responsibilities are minimized with evening/weekend Urgent Care
coverage - Flexible scheduling depending on location - 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization Departmental Scope: - Outpatient-focused
Pediatric practice - Level II Nursery and delivery support at Mercy
Hospital (approx. 60 deliveries/month) - Strong collaboration with
primary care and specialty providers - Multispecialty integrated
care across the Mercyhealth system - Opportunity to grow patient
volume within a well-established practice Qualifications: - MD/DO -
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics - Residency training
from an ACGME-accredited Pediatric program - Strong communication

transitioning to a production-based model after year one, along

$258,000-$315,000 - Retention and/or sign-on bonus - Student loan
