Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to lead the healthcare
team at the Marathon County Jail. This is an excellent opportunity

As the RN Medical Team Administrator , you’ll combine clinical
expertise with leadership responsibilities to guide daily
operations, support nursing staff, and ensure patients receive
high-quality care. Responsibilities Oversee daily medical
operations within the facility Supervise and support nursing staff
while promoting teamwork and accountability Ensure compliance with
nursing standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines Coordinate
scheduling and staffing to maintain appropriate coverage Work
collaboratively with correctional staff and healthcare providers
Monitor quality assurance and participate in performance
improvement initiatives Assist with training, coaching, and
