Locations: Horicon, WI

Opportunity: seeking NP or PA with Occupational Health experience.

Dates: 10/17/2025 , 10/21/2025 , 10/22/2025 , and 10/23/2025

Shift times: 6am 2:30pm

Evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses

Outpatient

Acute and episodic care

5-10 adults seen a day

Active license in WI
