Job Description:

A well-established, community-focused hospital system in the western Chicago suburbs is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join a collaborative surgical team providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency surgical care to a diverse patient population.

Position Highlights:

Full-time general surgery practice in a community hospital setting
Broad scope of surgical cases including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency procedures
Opportunity to join an established, growing surgical team with strong clinical support
Partnership-track opportunity within a suburban surgical practice model
Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation range of $430K $450K annually
