*Russell Tobin/Pride Global* is seeking customer service professionals to work at our banking client's Hales Corners, WI location as a Customer Service Representative. These are excellent opportunities to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the financial industry. The positions are 4-month contract roles that could go permanent for the right candidates!*Job Title: Customer Service Representative**Schedule Options:*1st Shift: $19.00/hourM-F with a rotating Saturday and scheduled hours such as 9AM-6PM or 10AM-7PM2nd Shift: $20.00/hourM-F with a rotating Saturday and scheduled hours such as NOON 9PM or 1PM-10PM_*Additional $50 for any weekend shift work as well*_*Training will be paid Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm for 3 weeks.**Location: *Hales Corners, WI (onsite)*Responsibilities:* Respond to customers telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries in a professional and pleasant manner. Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business. Demonstrate ability to quickly change ones approach to a situation and adjust to constraints or multiple demands. Incorporate product, service and procedure changes communicated through a variety of mediums into everyday working procedures. Perform and transact appropriate maintenance and monetary transactions including negotiation of fee refunds, lost/stolen debit cards, demographic updates, stop payments, etc. Protect the client and customer from exposure to loss, fraud and/or identity theft by complying with all department and company confidentiality guidelines.*Minimum Qualifications:* 1-2 years customer service, banking, retail, insurance, telemarketing/sales experience Stable work history Computer proficient High school diploma or GED_Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.__We are comprised of specialized practices focusing on a variety of skill sets and industries.
