perks. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and
experienced SmartComm Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the insurance
domain specifically PLPC, CLPC, and Life lines of business and a
strong background in policy administration systems such as
Guidewire. This is a great opportunity to work on strategic
initiatives that drive real business value, with opportunities for
innovation and collaboration across functional teams. Key
Responsibilities: Lead requirements definition for complex projects
and strategic multi-year initiatives. Translate business needs into
well-defined requirements including use cases, process/data flows,
traceability matrices, and report mock-ups. Plan and facilitate
requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and
presentations. Build strong, trusted relationships with business
and support teams to understand current needs and anticipate future
demands. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to
ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
effectively. Drive continuous improvement by aligning business
processes with technology solutions. Participate in solution design
discussions and offer business-focused alternatives and
recommendations. Validate system changes against business
requirements and coordinate sign-off processes. Support production
deployments through testing, validation, and post-deployment
reviews. Manage priorities and expectations effectively in a
fast-paced, agile environment. Required Skills & Experience: 8
years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the
insurance domain. Strong experience with PLPC, CLPC, and Life
insurance product lines. Hands-on experience with policy
administration platforms, especially Guidewire. Proven expertise in
Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis best practices.
Skilled in creating clear, concise documentation including user
stories and functional specifications. Familiarity with business
process optimization and IT-business alignment. Strong
problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive
self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and can drive
tasks to completion with minimal guidance. Proficiency with tools
such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.
