Dental Vision Job Details Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of
complex asbestos and toxic tort litigation cases from inception
through trial. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on
various aspects of asbestos litigation. Draft, review, and
negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs,
discovery requests, and responses. Represent clients in court
proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals. Develop and
implement litigation strategies in collaboration with team members.
Work closely with expert witnesses to prepare for trial. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal trends related
to asbestos and toxic tort litigation. Provide legal advice and
counseling to clients regarding their legal rights, obligations,
and risks in asbestos litigation. Communicate effectively with
clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must
be an active member in good standing with the State Bar. A minimum
of 5 years of experience in asbestos and toxic tort litigation.
Proven track record of successfully representing clients in
asbestos litigation. Strong research, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication
skills. Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work
independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software. High level of
