Job Description Job Description Location: Downers Grove, IL (position based in Downers Grove, Illinois) Overview: 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits effective from day one. Compensation and benefits: Competitive weekly pay: $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay varies by experience and route); pay issued weekly via direct deposit. Primary responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Haul primarily no-touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop-and-hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on-time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and required documentation. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and company personnel and adhere to company safety and operational procedures.
