We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Professional Driver with a Class B license to help us ensure smooth waste management operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of waste collection vehicles to collect and transport waste and recycling materials. Your commitment to safety, customer-focused service, and teamwork will play a vital part in maintaining community cleanliness and environmental sustainability. Operate Class B vehicles for residential and commercial routes to collect waste and recycling materials. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper operating conditions. Adhere to safe operating practices, including compliance with traffic and transportation regulations. Engage with customers and the community positively, resolving complaints professionally. Maintain accurate records of material collected and manage route documentation. Strong safety awareness and driving skills Ability to perform physical tasks and lift weights of up to 50 lbs Good communication and customer service skills Familiarity with GPS and route management tools Problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record DOT Medical Certification
