communities by ensuring safe and efficient transport of waste and
recyclables. With a fleet of well-maintained blue trucks, our
drivers are not only ambassadors of our brand but critical to our
mission to provide dependable, environmentally conscious waste
disposal services. This role requires excellent driving skills, a
commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a
dynamic environment. Operate a heavy-duty truck for the collection
of waste and recyclable materials from residential, commercial, and
industrial sites. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any
issues for maintenance or repairs to ensure safety and compliance
with regulatory requirements. Follow assigned routes with
punctuality, utilizing the most efficient routes for timely
collection and delivery. Ensure that all activities are conducted
in compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal
laws pertaining to truck operations and waste management. Work
closely with dispatchers and route managers to improve route
efficiencies and identify best practices for waste collection.
Engage in programs and workshops focused on safety, operational
excellence, and customer service to continually enhance job
performance. Proficiency in operating commercial vehicles Strong
understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards Ability to
perform physical tasks and lift weights of up to 50 lbs Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Basic troubleshooting skills
for minor truck maintenance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
