Republic Services, Inc., an industry leader in U.S.
non-hazardous solid waste and recycling services, is seeking a
dedicated Delivery Driver / Courier to join our team. Known for our
iconic blue trucks, we are committed to providing sustainable waste
management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the
safe and efficient delivery and pick-up of waste and recycling
materials to and from designated locations, ensuring a clean and
environmental friendly community. Candidates should be passionate
about making a positive impact on the environment while adhering to
safety standards. Operate waste disposal trucks and equipment with
precision and safety. Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance
to ensure operational safety. Load and unload waste and recycled
materials at designated facilities. Follow route and schedule as
assigned by dispatch team. Ensure compliance with company policies
and transport safety regulations. Maintain logs of travel and cargo
according to federal and state regulations. Provide excellent
customer service and handle service inquiries from clients. Valid
commercial driver’s license (CDL) Strong navigational and driving
skills Ability to operate and maintain transport and disposal
equipment Good physical stamina and strength Effective
communication skills Basic knowledge of safety and vehicle
