Job Description:
Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Multi-Skilled
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift). Overview: This is a
full-time, permanent position at a well-established,
employee-focused manufacturing company in the Fort Atkinson,
Wisconsin area. The company values long-term employees, provides
excellent training, and prioritizes safety. The ideal candidate
will have strong experience in industrial maintenance, particularly
with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. Key
Responsibilities: Perform industrial maintenance on manufacturing
equipment. Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor
systems. Weld as needed. Work second shift (with overtime
opportunities). Requirements: Education: No specific degree
required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
Experiences: 1 years of industrial maintenance experience. 1 years
of hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor maintenance experience.
Ability to weld. Other: Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card
holder. Must reside within 45 minutes of Fort Atkinson, WI. Solid
work history with reliability and commitment. Compensation and
Benefits: Salary: $31/hour (~$65,000 - $67,000 per year). Overtime
Pay: Time and a half for hours worked over 8 in a day. Double time
for Sunday hours. Benefits: Full benefits package (details provided
upon offer). Schedule: Full-time: Permanent W-2 position. Work
arrangement: On-site (no remote work). Shift: 2nd shift.
