Location: -Ripon, WI
Shift:1st Shift (7am-4pm)

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator who can not only run machinery but also analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food production machinery efficiently and safely.
• Monitor equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine checks and analysis to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food production.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to recognize when a machine is not working correctly.
  • Ability to make necessary machine adjustments to improve performance.
  • Good work history with a track record of reliability and commitment.
  • Understanding of safety and food manufacturing standards.
