Job Description:
Senior Client Partner, Resources Engagement ManagerInfosys is
seeking a Senior Client Partner for its Resource (agri chemicals)
vertical. The person will lead all client interfaces within the
assigned account, working with group managers to build the account
plan and be responsible for client management based on that plan.
Typically, the Senior Client Partner handles a single account or
part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.Key
Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management and business development: manage
client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the
opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery
stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to
the client
- Account planning and governance: create the account plan,
including relationships, opportunities to pursue, price decisions,

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited
institution. Equivalent experience (3 years of experience for each
year of education) plus 14+ years of experience in sales,
relationship, or account management.
- Strong track record in business transformation and large
outsourcing deals.
- Experience in the industrial/process manufacturing and
commodities sectors, focusing on agribusiness, mining, chemical, or
food/beverage industries.
- Proven ability to build relationships with C-level
clients.
- Proposal creation experience using various commercial
models.
- Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation
skills.
- Experience in IT and business consulting engagements.
- Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship; no
immigration sponsorship provided for this role.Preferred
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent and 10+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
- Understanding of industry-specific issues and drivers.
- Exposure to ERP (e.g., SAP), IT-OT, and AI-Analytics
technologies.
- Experience with Global Delivery Model.
- Managing large, multi-location consulting teams.
- Successful track record as an Account Manager in growing client
