Our client, a leading organization in the flavors and
sustainable foods industry, is seeking a Marketing Department -
Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager you will
be part of the Marketing team supporting cross-functional
collaboration and project execution. The ideal candidate will have
excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Beloit, WI Pay Range: $38 - $40/hr Shift: 30 hours/week -
Monday - Friday What's the Job? Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of
marketing initiatives, from ideation to execution Develop
comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and
resource allocation Coordinate with creative, digital, product, and
sales teams to ensure timely delivery of assets Optimize workflows
by leveraging project management tools Monitor project budgets,
track expenses, and provide regular status updates to leadership
What's Needed? 3–7 years of experience in project management within
a marketing or advertising environment Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related
field Proficiency in project management software (Wrike) Strong
understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO/SEM and
content marketing Exceptional multitasking, communication, and
