Our client is currently seeking a Production Operations/Plant Manager--- Degree or extensive applicable experience as a Production/Plant Manager--- MUST HAVE food manufacturing experience in dairy/cheese--- Continues improvement management experience--- Proven ability to lead by example and involve others in the decision-making process (team player)--- Proven ability to innovate and improve upon existing processes and procedures--- Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in safety, quality, people, and productivity--- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening) and the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers and members through trust and integrity--- Demonstrated ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently--- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks--- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio--- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
