Our client is currently seeking a Production Operations/Plant Manager

Degree or extensive applicable experience as a Production/Plant Manager
---
MUST HAVE food manufacturing experience in dairy/cheese
---
Continues improvement management experience
---
Proven ability to lead by example and involve others in the decision-making process (team player)
---
Proven ability to innovate and improve upon existing processes and procedures
---
Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in safety, quality, people, and productivity
---
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening) and the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers and members through trust and integrity
---
Demonstrated ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently
---
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
---
Must be proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
---
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
