Facilities ARC Facilities is looking for a hungry and talented
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its high velocity
inside sales team. We are looking for a high energy self-starter,
who likes talking to people, who has unwavering perseverance,
thrives on challenges, and who wants to win. The SDR will qualify
inbound leads and generate meetings for our regional sales team.
The SDR will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation &
Marketing. These are the exciting things you get to do here:Follow
up on all outbound marketing leads generated via Tradeshows,
webinars 3rd party content syndication, and email campaignsRespond
to inbound marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other
marketing-generated leadsUtilize a consistent multiple-contact
process via phone, email, and chat to follow up and qualify leads
Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize high-volume phone time
(75-100 calls per day), including pre-call planning, adhering to
metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect
typesConduct conversations with prospects in a consultative way;
comfortable managing and overcoming objectionsThe main goal is to
set qualified meetings for the RSMs with a goal of setting at least
16 meetings per monthEffectively work in the HubSpot CRM to
document prospect interaction, ensure efficient lead management,
and maintain accurate information in HubSpot CRM per company
policiesConsistently achieve personal targets (monthly and
quarterly) and work well with the regional sales teamAccept
feedback and training to continue to improve and developBe
entrepreneurial, look for new ways to succeed and drive more
