Insurance Agent (BIA) specializes in selling, quoting, and binding
commercial insurance policies to small and mid-sized businesses.
CPP/BOP/WC This role focuses on developing a dedicated commercial
book, fostering local business relationships, and hitting
production targets within the Farmers Business Insurance Agent
Program. This position is assgend to the district office and waives
capitalization requiremements Access to a established brand and the

Opportunities Responsibilities Prospecting & Sales: Identify,
quote, and close new commercial lines business (property, auto,
workers' compensation, liability). Client Relationship Management:
Build relationships with local business owners to provide tailored
risk solutions and improve retention. Agency Collaboration: Work
alongside established Farmers agents to cross-sell commercial
products and increase total account penetration. Product Expertise:
Maintain deep knowledge of commercial insurance products to offer
specialized advice. Pipeline Management: Actively manage sales
activity, pipeline, and meet production targets. Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of face-to-face sales experience, with
commercial insurance experience highly preferred. Skills: Strong
communication, networking, organizational, and negotiation skills.
