Sales Product Manager - Industrial Filtration & Process
Solutions - Remote This is an exempt level position. Position
Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Product Manager
to drive growth in our spiral filtration and process solutions
business. This role requires deep technical understanding, strong
commercial instincts, and an established network of industry
relationships. The ideal candidate has entrepreneurial demeanor
with a strategic, solutions-oriented mind who is a proven
hunter-seller who can engage directly with engineering, operations,
R&D, and procurement stakeholders. We are looking for
professionals who also have the long-term potential to step into
broader business leadership opportunities. This is a strategic hire

own while on our growth trajectory Job Responsibilities: Commercial
Leadership Own revenue growth across assigned verticals and
territories Develop and execute segment strategies for mid-market
and key accounts Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline Lead
customer acquisition, qualification, scoping, and deal closure
Manage forecasting, Salesforce discipline, and sales reporting with
accuracy Technical Engagement Serve as a technical sales expert for
spiral-wound filtration, membrane systems, and related process
equipment Participate in customer technical discussions,
innovation, applications evaluations, and solution design Translate
customer requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions Support pilot
testing, validation, and system performance reviews Mentor with our
spiral filtration experts to ensure the highest level of customer
support Customer & Market Development Leverage existing industry
network to accelerate early pipeline creation Expand relationships
within target markets Identify new applications, market segments,
and growth opportunities Represent the company at industry events,
conferences, and customer sites Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, operations, R&D, and product teams to
deliver customer solutions Provide voice-of-customer insights to
guide product development and capacity planning Support operational
planning as the business scales Leadership & Succession Potential
Demonstrate capability to grow into a broader business leadership
role Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a
high-performance sales culture Participate in strategic planning,
budgeting, and long-term growth initiatives Qualifications:
Required 10–15 years of experience in industrial filtration and
membranes technologies sales Strong technical understanding of
spiral-wound filtration systems and related technologies Proven
track record of delivering exponential revenue growth Established
network of customers, integrators, OEMs, and industry contacts
Ability to lead technical conversations with multifunctional teams
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and forecasting
discipline Willingness to travel to customer sites, plants,
industry events, and ADM office (25% to 50%) Preferred Experience
in capital equipment sales or engineered systems Background in
process engineering, chemical engineering, or related technical
field Prior leadership experience Demonstrated ability to step into
