Required for the LCSW/LMFT Opportunity: Current licensure as a
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist
(LMFT) in the state of Oregon or eligible to obtain Experience
providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals,
families, and groups Proficiency in conducting comprehensive
psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a collaborative team environment Knowledge of evidence-based
therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities Commitment to
providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care Dedication
to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best
