for Prospects. Job Skills / Requirements We are hiring an
experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager to drive
profitable growth by prospecting new logos through marketing and
lead generation in the North Central market based in Chicago, IL
and surrounding areas. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be
the tip of the spear when it comes to driving profitable growth
across your Area of Responsibility. Key Responsibilities: ·
Contacting Prospects to set up meetings for the current and
following week. · Focusing on competitive takeaways while also
reviewing incoming RFP opportunities. · Partnering with Electronic
Security, Global Risk Services, CyberSecurity and iSOC divisions to
create meaningful solutions for Prospects. · Building proposals
that include our full-spectrum of offerings through our
Hybrid/Integra market approach. · Working with HR and Ops
Leadership to identify new leads and game plan market strategy. ·
Conducting Security Site Assessments to best understand a
Prospect’s current program, threats, vulnerabilities, risks and
desired outcomes. · Tracking all engagement information in our CRM
platform as a means to provide maximum visibility while improving
your approach over time. · You see time management, organization,
presentations and communications as vital to your success. · You
view prospecting and opportunity creation not as a task, but a
